The Stab bullet vest armor fabric is different from general concept of fabric. It's composite materials for body armor, each layer's in soft thin sheet, multi layers composite together to reach specified protection level.
Our Model SZ FC-D-030 is composited by FC-1S stab proof sheet and PE UD bulletproof unidirectional fabric. this armor fabric offers both stab proof and bulletproof protection. It's designed to stop both Spike protection level 2 and bullet resistant level IIIA. The Stab Proof Protection Level is rated NIJ STD-0115.00 Level 2 Spike/UK HOSDB KR2+SP2, meaning it can withstand up to 33J & 50J (E1 & E2 overtest). Meanwhile, the Bulletproof Protection Level is rated NIJ STD-0101.06 Level IIIA .44Mag., providing protection against one of the most powerful handguns in common use today.
Besides customizable protection area, making it easy to tailor to specific requirements, it is also lightweight and soft to wear for longer periods. This means that it is suitable for a variety of uses, such as law enforcement, security, military, and personal protection.
