Description
Aramid stab proof material owes its strength and toughness to its unique manufacturing process. The material is composed of aramid fibers that are woven together in a pattern that provides excellent protection against knife attacks. The polymer provides excellent protection against stabs, punctures, cuts, chops and slashes from cold weapons of such as knife, stick, hammer, arrow, bolt, etc., making it an indispensable part of modern-day stab proof vests.
The SZ FC-1T-S1 Soft stab proof material is a good armor fabric for stab proof vest of police officers, military, law enforcements. It's designed for stop NIJ 0115.00 level 1 anti- spike, which can stop strike energy of 24J & 36J (E1&E2 overtest), it also resist UK HOSDB SP1 spike.
24J strike energy is equal to the energy that a drop mass of 1.9kg with engineered blade falling from about 1.28m, 36J equals 1.9kg drop mass falling down from 1.9m. People can imitate the energy to judge whether the basic protection level is enough for your anti-stab vest.
