The SZ FC-1Y-S2 Stab resistance composite complies with NIJ STD–0115.00 level 2 or UK HOSDB KR2+SP2, protect against strike energy of 33J and 50J (E1 and E2 overtest). Its excellent cut resistance, stab resistance, and puncture resistance properties make it ideal for individuals working in close proximity to sharp objects, such as police officer, security guard, bouncer, or a regular civilian.
As the data sheet of FC-1Y showed, only 19 layers will be enough for the Level 2, that make the resulted protection panel would be only 7.315kg/m2, 7.41mm around thickness.
